Hello,
I'm facing an SSL issue when I open a website on Microsoft Edge.
Here is the problem:
Error Message: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
Unsupported protocol
It works fine on Google chrome but didn't work on the Microsoft browser
Can you help me how I can fix it? Here is the website URL ***

There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the server's SSL certificate, so perhaps your own settings need adjustment.
Restart Edge and try the site again.

- Press Windows key + R to open a Run box, type inetcpl.cpl into the box and press Enter to open the Internet Properties dialogue.
- On the Advanced tab, scroll down to the Security section and ensure that your selections are like this:
Restart Edge and try the site again.

Just to clarify, did you also make any changes to your machine before encountering this issue? (like installing extensions, modifying the browser settings, etc..)
Kindly clear your browser cache and cookies, or try to reset the settings of MS Edge:
You may also use the InPrivate mode of MS Edge to login to the website(Open MS Edge and press Ctrl+Shift+P).
If that didn't work, go to Start > type "Internet Options" and open it > go to the Content tab > click on "Clear SSL state" and select OK. Once done, reboot your machine, temporarily disable your antivirus, then check again.
