Hi for weeks now whenever I try to open my BT mail page and other links I receive the following message ( Hmmm… can't reach this page

public.heyloyalty.com’s server IP address could not be found.

Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy, firewall, and DNS settings.
  • Running Windows Network Diagnostics ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED Hide details Check your Internet connectionCheck your network cables, modem and routers.

Check your DNS settings. We couldn't load the page.If you're not sure what this means, contact your organisation.

Allow Microsoft Edge to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings. If it's already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.

If you use a proxy server: Check your proxy settings. You might need to ask your organisation if the proxy server is working. If you don't think you should be using a proxy server, go to Settings > System > Open your computer's proxy settings.

This happens on both my laptops and desktop so I therefore assume that it is a browswr problem, any advise welcome.

-Hi, my name is Claudeir, I'm happy to help you!

Uninstall any third-party anti-malware, many antiviruses have their own removal tool. Visit the Installed Software website for more information. Your system will not be unprotected as Windows has its own security system that automatically enables as soon as you restart your computer.

    -Solve Edge Problems:

Click on the three points of Edge> Settings> Reset settings> after restoring, just below click About Microsoft Edge to keep everything up to date. Test and see if it resolved.

Some problems can also be caused by extensions, click the three dots>extensions>and remove all extensions. Do the test.

If it doesn't, clear the cache using Ctrl+H > click on the three little dots > clear navigation data > time interval, From start > select all options > Clear now.

Take the test and see if it resolved.

    If necessary, access:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge

Scroll down and click Download for Windows, proceed to reinstall Edge.

-Feel free to leave your opinion, marking as answered if the answer helped, or leaving more details so that we can continue the service, this is very important to us.

    Graciously,

    Claudeir
