Why is Edge sending me dangerous stuff that could put my laptop at risk? Windows 10

Why on earth is Edge sending me dangerous stuff like this, putting my laptop at ris.?

I've searched using Bing and found this review:

crackthisgame.com Review. The VLDTR® tool gives crackthisgame.com the absolute lowest rank on the platform: 0.4.It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: High-Risk. Phishing. Beware. We are pretty sure about our rating as we also partner with a few other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues."

Can this be escalated to the Forum Owner please? He/she needs to be made aware of this dangerous stuff.

PS As I'm creating this, I've just received another "Personal Offer". How in Hades can I block them?

Hi again Taffy,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Open Edge

Click the 3 dots at the top right of Edge and open Settings

In the search box in Edge Settings, type notification

On the right, you will see a list of websites that Edge allows to create notifications, you can select one of those, click the 3 dots beside the site, and on the resulting page, you can block notifications from that site

PS I still feel that whoever is in charge of Edge should do something to black the pop-up. Some users here will just click on the pop-up and will then have to suffer the consequences.

Thanks Dave. I've done that but it was strange not seeing an "Enter" button!
