    Hi Angelina

I'm Juliet and I'll do my best to help you.

If the picture file does not match the size of your screen, the wallpaper background may be blurry.

Many home computer monitors, for example, are set to a resolution of 1280x1024 pixels (the number of dots that make up the image). If you use a smaller picture file, it will be blurry when stretched to fit the screen.

Set your desktop background to "Center" rather than "Stretch" by right-clicking it, selecting "Personalize," and then clicking "Desktop Background." Choose "Center" from the "Picture Position" drop-down menu. If your image is too small to fill your desktop and you choose "Fill," Windows will stretch it, resulting in blur.

I hope it helps! Let me know the results.

Have a nice day ahead and Stay safe always :)

Please see the Display driver troubleshooting below:

Option 1: Try Rolling back the Display driver.

Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.

Navigate to Display devices and expand it. Right-click the Display adapter.

    Choose Properties.

On the Driver tab, click the Rollback Driver button to go back to the previous version.

Option 2. Remove drivers completely and Install the newest ones available from the OEM or the maker.

    What you need to do:

    1. Uninstall everything of Display driver using DDU

    1. Reboot.
    2. Make sure your device manager shows Microsoft Basic Display adapter.
    3. Run Windows updates and install the latest Display driver.
    4. Wait for the process to complete.
