Google voice search is not working - %1$s is not available

I'm having trouble activating the voice recognition on google.com and on google translate. I tried installing Dev Edge and it still popping that message. There's a way to fix it. I have the accept the use of microphone and it's working on every other page.

    Hello KevinZavAlv, welcome to the Microsoft community my name is Luiz Cruz, I am a Windows 10 expert user and would be happy to help you;

    I understand that speech recognition doesn't work on Windows 10;

    Initially I recommend that you try turning on speech recognition in your Windows settings;

    Press Windows key + I and access Privacy;

    Click on Voice Control and activate the option;

    Go back to the beginning of the settings and click on Ease of access;

    Scroll down and click Speech;

    Activate Speech Recognition and just below click on Additional Speech Settings;

    Now check if voice recognition works;
