I don't know why this is happening. Other browsers work fine like Firefox but not specifically edge? Can anyone help me fix this?

I would like you to repair Microsoft Edge to see if that solves the issue.

Follow the steps below if you are using Windows 10.

    1. Click on Start.
    2. Click on Settings.
    3. Click on Apps.
    4. In the list of apps, click on Microsoft Edge.
    5. Click on Modify.
    6. Click on Yes if you get a User Access Control prompt.
    7. Click on Repair.
    8. After the repair is completed, run Microsoft Edge.

If you use Windows 11, follow these steps.

    1. Click on Start.
    2. Click on Settings.
    3. Click on Apps.
    4. Click on Apps & features.
    5. In the list of apps, click on Microsoft Edge.
    6. Click on Modify.
    7. Click on Yes if you get a User Access Control prompt.
    8. Click on Repair.
    9. After the repair is completed, run Microsoft Edge.

    Hi Ong Li Heng,

I want to get additional information about the crash. Is it crashing when you launch the browser, browse a website, or watch a video?
