Hi!

I got a problem for 3 or 4 day now.

For some reason when I navigate on edge out of nowhere my edge got so bright. It's like I take the lighting option and max it but only in edge the rest of my computer don't have that problem. Even the video are ok like youtube video are ok but for the rest its so bright it's not pleasant.

Here is when that does that to me

And here is the normal apparence of my window (when I close and reopen edge its arrange the bug for like 10 sec before becoming to bright again.

Ty for the help in advance!

    Hi Scylla Rolland,

I would like to see if disabling hardware acceleration solves this problem.

    1. In Microsoft Edge, click on the three dots menu button.
    2. Click on Settings.
    3. Click on System and performance.
    4. Disable Use hardware acceleration when available.
    5. Click on Restart.

    Hi,

    Let's try this other procedure

Open Microdoft Edge, copy and paste the command below and hit enter

    edge://flags/#edge-visual-rejuv-materials-menu

In the list that appears, look for "Enable Windows 11 Acrylic effect in menus" and "Enhance text contrast"

Change it to "disable" and restart Edge
