When trying to go to you tube and other sites  I get following message:

This site can’t provide a secure connection www.youtube.com uses an unsupported protocol. ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH Unsupported protocol The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

How do I get through this problem?

    Hi everyone,

I know this was posted quite a while ago, but it looks like this thread has gotten some views recently. Hence, I wanted to check in and see if you (or anyone landing on this thread via search) are still seeing this behavior on the latest version of Microsoft Edge.

    Eric.

Hi, I'm Elise, an Independent Advisor and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

Could you first check the date and time of your PC is set correctly, then temporarily disable any antivirus or security software you have installed and see if this resolves the issue?

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Elise

    Hi RichardMersiovsky,

It looks like that website is having issues with its security certificate (HTTPS) since it's happening with other browsers. The website does work if you go to http://www.mtwpro.zenfolio.com/.

I would like to get the version number of your Microsoft Edge and that website address from you.

    1. Click on the three dots menu button.
    2. Go to Help and feedback.
    3. Click on About Microsoft Edge to get the version number.
