Troubleshooting website display or functionality issues in Edge on Windows 10

Hi all,
I'm getting a lot of ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT errors in Edge (99.0.1150.46 64bit) and Chrome (99.0.4844.74 64bit), but none at all in Firefox (98.0.1 64bit). I have tried all the usuals, like flushing DNS, clearing cache, etc. Not sure what is causing them in Edge and Chrome. Oftentimes, I have to use Firefox, because Edge and Chrome won't work.
Any thoughts?

Hi,
I've been monitoring this issue. While it happens less frequently, it is still happening. I have tried the Edge reset, and updated all my network drivers. I've also started having issues loading Exchange Online's admin portal. After I login, it will sit for 5+ minutes before finally loading the page and getting error 500 when trying to load the Transport Rules (already have a thread going for the rules). In addition, I can no longer load my Sophos firewall. I get an "Unable to load" error, but it works in InPrivate.
There must be a common issue with all these issues.
Hi,
It is still happening, and only in Edge and Chrome (both WebKit browsers). Firefox remains unaffected. All my drivers are updated to the latest. I check weekly. It's something with the WebKit browsers that does not affect the Gecko-based Firefox.
