    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

Seems that you are having difficulties in Edge on your PC. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

    • What is the Windows 10 Version and Build installed? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
    • What is the version of Edge installed on the PC? (Open Edge > click on (…) dots from top right corner > click on Settings > Click on About Microsoft edge from the left pane).
    • Do you have any extension enabled in Edge?
    • Did you try accessing the website and verify the captcha in an In-private window of Edge?
    • Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?

Meanwhile, let us try few steps.

    5. Click on Use the following DNS server addresses, and enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

    Step 3: Remove Proxy server.

    1. Press Windows + R key to open Run command
    2. Type inetcpl.cpl and click OK
    3. Now select Connection Tab.
    4. Click on LAN Settings and uncheck the box beside “Use a proxy server for your LAN

    Step 4: Disable Ipv6

Select the Start Menu button, and then select Settings>Network & Internet > click on Wi-Fi from left pane, and click on Change adapter options from right pane > Right click on the network you are using and select Properties > uncheck the box beside Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and click OK

Also check the Security settings in Edge as shown below:
