Vague "The request is blocked" when navigating to website - Microsoft

Hi Guys,

Not sure where to put this issue - i've seen it pop up a few times around on Microsoft forums but have been unable to fix it on our end. I work in a school, and for some of our classes we use an online application called Bandlab. We can get to the main website but when we try to login or navigate to bandlab.com/login , it presents us with a "The request is blocked" message, with a whole bunch of random characters underneath. The tab gets renamed to "Microsoft", which is why I thought it might be a Microsoft thing. We've checked our firewall, turned off our antivirus, whitelisted all of the URL's on bandlabs website and nothing seems to let us through. It only affects our school as I can easily access the login page if i use my phone data. I've been in contact with Bandlab, and as far as they are concerned they don't have us blacklisted or blocked in any way. We also get this message on any browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari) have also tried it on different devices (Laptop, desktop, Android phone, Macbook, Iphone). Any help or point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Good day Alex! I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. I understand that you are having an issue with regards to accessing BandLab on your school network. If you have already checked and added all of the URL's (like the ones mentioned on the link below) on the firewall and it is still the same then I would suggest to maybe have a check with the ISP that you are using and run a tracert to check where this stops for you to have somewhere to start with the troubleshooting.

It is working on my end it seems like it would be something too do, with your schools wifi provider in a way and you should check your browser settings too see whet blocked if it doesn’t have nothing too do with that, then you should contact the support of bandlab.
