Hi, I'm Elise, and I'd be happy to help with your issue.
Could you type edge://extensions into the address bar and press enter.
Then locate the extension being blocked, block details and then change the permission to allow in InPrivate.
Kind Regards,
Elise
Hi Aman. I'm Greg, here to help you with this.
Try these other methods to allow extensions in Edge In Private browsing:
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/166235-allo...
https://winaero.com/enable-extensions-private-m...
https://www.ghacks.net/2018/02/08/how-to-enable...
If none of those work then we need to repair Edge:
I'll give you everything possible to fix Edge so something should work. Even if you've tried a step please do it over exactly as specified and in this order:
Then since that sometimes doesn't work, manually back up your Favorites and Passwords as shown here:
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/143983-how-...
https://www.groovypost.com/howto/export-passwor...
If you can't open Edge but another browser will open, then go into it's Settings to try to "Import from another Browser" your Edge Favorites so they are at least backed up.

5 If those don't help then try reinstalling Edge over itself from official download here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues just like this one, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account to replace yours which may be corrupted. Then if necessary continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.
If you want to report this to Edge Developers you can choose the Edge Hub (three dots to right of URL address bar) then Help & Feedback, then Feedback form to fill out. They will not even see it here, as this is a tech forums where mostly volunteers try to help others with their problems.
