Thanks for your update. I'm sorry for the information provided without confirming the system version with you. But don't worry, the solutions for Windows 10 and Windows 11 to this problem is similar, see below for details.
Switch to the pane of Region > Change the Country or region to another different location and then change it back to your location.

The location used by Windows is sometimes detected, e.g. from the IP address allocated by your ISP. This might be a long way away in a different state or even a different country. To avoid this, make sure you have set your default location. Thanks for reaching Microsoft Community.
It sounds like the location on your Windows 11 is incorrect. This may be related to the Geolocation Service and network. Kindly try the methods below to see if your location can back to normal.
On the pane of Time & Language > Select Language & Region on the right > Change the Country or region to another different location and then change it back to your location.
