How to change Virtual network/subnet in Azure?

Hi,

When I created a VM in Azure I just realized at the end that choose the wrong:Virtual network/subnet

How can I change it once the machine is mounted?

Hi,

You can change the subnet, but not the virtual network, that a network interface is assigned to, more information here:

So what should I do if I need to change it? Doesn't make sense that there is no way. The machine is already mounted.

Create a new network interface for your Azure virtual machine and assign it to the correct virtual network, then delete the other network interface that is in the wrong virtual network.

Delete the VM "but keep the disk" Create a new VM in the desired Virtual Network and attach the old disk

There is way to change subnet for VM/NIC.

Change IP allocation to dynamic on NIC.
Select required subnet and click apply.

It will change subnet for VM/NIC.
