When I open Edge in windows 10 and start looking at news or other videos they will stop in the middle of the video and start all over or stop and jump to the next video.
I have all the updates for windows 10 that has been recommended. I have tried reseting edge to defaut settings.

    Hello, Curtis UN

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

This issue often occurs with pages that have streaming content, and has a lot to do with network issues. The easiest troubleshooting steps is to refresh the page, locate the time point where you were and try again.

If refreshing the page doesn't help, here are the things you can do (all related to network):

    1. Run network commands to manually reset the TCP/IP stack, release and renew the IP address, and flush and reset the DNS client resolver cache:
    2. Select Search on the taskbar, and type command prompt. The Command Promptbutton will appear. To the right of it, select Run as administratorYes.
    3. At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:
      • Type netsh winsock reset and selectEnter.
      • Type netsh int ip reset and select Enter.
      • Type ipconfig /release and select Enter.
      • Type ipconfig /renew and select Enter.
      • Type ipconfig /flushdns and select Enter.
    4. Restart your PC.
    5. Change advanced Internet settings

Press Windows logo key + R at the same time on your keyboard > type inetcpl.cpl and press Enter key on your keyboard > Select "Advanced" tab in the popup window > Select "Use SSL 3.0", "Use TLS 1.0", "Use TLS 1.1", "Use TLS 1.2" and click OK > Restart your PC

    1. Change DNS settings

Press Windows logo key + R at the same time on your keyboard > type ncpa.cpl and press Enter key on your keyboard > right click on the network you are currently connected with, and select Properties > Select Internet Protocol (IPv4) and click Properties > Use another DNS address

Or you can change your network directly, like connecting to another WiFi.

Feel free to let me know if you have other concerns.

    Best regards

    Yuhao Li
