Can anyone help me fix this, please?  I've tried everything I could find on the web with no success at all.  This is on a 64-bit Windows 10 system.

Thanks!
James

    Hi Eric.

Thanks for your reply.  Yes, I am still getting the error.  Edge version is 81.0.864.48 and Windows is 10.0.19043.

    Screenshot is below.

    Regards,

    James

    Hi Firedog!

Thanks for your reply.  I've done most (but not all) of what you suggest.  I've re-installed Edge several times.  I have not used the feedback option to report the error, and that's a good idea.  I'll do that shortly.

    Regards,

    James

Forgot to mention that this problem has been going on for a week or two.

Thanks for the screenshot.  I would like you to install the latest version by using the offline installer from the business page at https://www.microsoft.com/edge/business/download

    1. Select Stable 91 (Current and supported) in the Channel/version dropdown menu.
    2. Select 91.0.864.54 in the Build dropdown menu.
    3. Most modern Windows computers are 64-bit, so select Windows 64-bit in the Platform dropdown menu.
    4. Click on Download.
    5. Run the installer.

    Eric

First, try again a few hours later.

If you still see the same error, the official solution is to re-install Edge.

Using a different browser (e.g. Internet Explorer), visit Download Microsoft Edge for Business - Microsoft. Select the latest Stable version and download the installer. It's best not to have any other programs open when running the installer.

You may want to help the team prevent this happening for other users in the future. Please use the feedback option within the browser (Alt+Shift+i) to report the error when it happens, including diagnostic data so they can see what's going wrong.
