I found some users complaining about this; the problem was not on the computer but on the internet. Check if you receive the same error on your phone connected to the same wifi, and then disable the wifi and try to access the ticketmaster using your mobile data to see if you are able to access it.
This has been a 3 year issue for me on two different computers. No other ticketing agency has this stupid issue!!!
Why would using normal internet providers not allign with Ticketmaster? It does work on my mobile divice when not connected to my home network, but i question the legitimacy of this situation.
