I recently accidentally shut the breaker bar that has my pc plugged into it and after turning everything back on Microsoft Edge would not open. It would open to a blank white screen that shut of. I repaired Microsoft Edge, but that did not work. I even tried restarting my pc. What can I do to fix this?

I've been gone for a few days, but how am I supposed to do any of this if, I can't access Edge, as I am using my phone to do this?
I tried troubleshooting Edge and the troubleshooter says that Microsoft Edge is incompatible.
My pc's graphics card is the NIVIDIA GeForce GT 1030.
Windows 11 is all up to date and I did the System File Checker.
However, I am still unable to get Microsoft Edge to open.

Select the Custom (Advanced) box and press Next;
On the next screen, you will be able to choose the components to install (all should be checked by default and if you're not sure, leave them that way);
In the Select driver component table, check the Perform a clean installation box and click Next;
Try resetting the Edge settings;
Open Edge and go to Settings;
Click on Reset settings in the menu on the left of the screen;
