Can't get rid of a specific url suggestion in the address bar, help

I know that you can usually get rid of suggestions by clicking the X button on the right, but for this specific one no such X button exists. This link also doesn't exist when I search my history or favorites.

    If it's not giving you the option to delete the URL suggestion, then you can access it's json file and remove it with a text editor following Deleting selected autocomplete entries in Microsoft Edge:
