    It is not the Microsoft which blocking it, you will see this message whenever the certificate is self-signed and is not in trusted list. You may download and add the certificate to the trusted list in your Windows.

    However, I advise you to report this issue to the IT Department and ask them to resolve the certificate issue.

    My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows and community member like you.

    That is an issue with the website itself, the security certificates is no longer valid, you can reach out to your IT department in the military and have them check.

    Welcome, the IT department is able to add a trusted certificate and this issue will be solved.

    Otherwise, they might just ask you to ignore this message.
