Hi, my name is Neil, I'm an independent adviser and a Windows 10 user like you.
Sorry you're experiencing this problem.
Could you try the following for me:
FOR GOOGLE CHROME
If you're using Chrome, click the three dots in the upper right corner of the window and then click on "Settings".
On the left hand side, click on "Advanced" to display the Advanced menu.
Under the Advanced menu, click on "System".
In the main page area, under system, where it says "Use hardware acceleration when available" turn this setting OFF.
Then close Chrome and re-open it and try YouTube again and see if your problem is fixed.
FOR MICROSOFT EDGE
Open Edge.
Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the Edge Window.
Click on "Settings" in the menu.
Click on "System" on the left hand side menu.
On the System settings page, where it says "Use hardware acceleration when available" click the button opposite this and turn this OFF.
Click the "restart" button that appears to restart Edge.
Now check to see if your problem on YouTube has been resolved.
Let me know how you get on.
What this fails to mention is that if you disable 'Use hardware acceleration when available' it WILL make your youtube videos laggy
tak boleh lh bodo
Have you tried updating your graphics card drivers? Either through Windows update or Device manager, and if you have already done that, then update it direct from the graphics card manufacturer.
This is most likely a graphics card / display driver issue. Some of these issues can be fixed by disabling hardware acceleration, others require a graphics driver update.
