Will appreciate some guidelines on inserting date and time in the Edge printouts. Been searching for the info and I only come up with how to do this with Office apps.

Hi OssieMac, I am Felipe Lucas, and I'll be happy to help you today.

    Please try the following:

    1. Open the website or PDF document you want to print.
    2. At the top of the page, select Settings and more  > Print  , or press Ctrl+P on Windows devices or Command+P on macOS devices.

Tip: You can also right-click any empty space on the page and select Print in the context menu.

    1. Select More settings > Headers and footers. This option adds the current date to the document header.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

I believe that's not possible to do it directly on Microsoft Edge, but I suggest you take a look at the thread below and check if your printer has a similar feature:

Thankyou for answering but unfortunately only part of what I am looking for. I want both the date and time and I can't see anyway of inserting the time.

Also, while date it shown, it is in m/d/y format and I need it in either d/m/y format (or mmm d, yyyy format would suffice so long as there is no confusion).

We used to have this in Internet Explorer and we could have it a Header or Footer.

I have sent in Feedback on the issue.
