I can see the "other favorites" folder, but nothing for "mobile favorites". Can I pop a link on the favorites bar for "mobile favorites" so I have a direct link on my Edge broswer?

As far as I know, I don't think that's possible. What I can suggest is instead of placing your favorites in the Mobile Favorites folder, you can tap on ... > Favorites icon > Select Favorites bar folder or create another folder then tap "Add current page to Favourites"
Hi Challenger-7, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.
Do you mean you want to transfer the links under Mobile Favorites to the Favorites bar? If so, you can open your Edge desktop and then copy and paste this to the address bar:
edge://favorites/
Click on the Mobile Favorites folder, select the links by putting a check on each one of them then drag them to the Favorites bar
Hi Paulo. Sorry no that's not what I mean.
Currently on my Favourites Bar I have a folder on the right hand side called "Other favourites" (see picture below). I want to know if I can also add "Mobile favourites" as well to the Favourites bar. That way I can just open the folder and find a link I saved on my mobile phone.
