Problem loading Google News

I posted this question once before and thought that I had solved it. Two people -- Robinson Sylverstre and Pipil.ca -- provided answers, but those solutions only lasted one time.

My question is: When I attempt to access Google News in Microsoft Edge, I get the message: "Something has gone wrong. Please reload the page." When I scroll down the page, the personalized news section "For you" does not appear. This message and problem do not occur when I load Google News on Chrome or Firefox, so that is why I am asking this question here.

... the problem is either with my Edge browser or something else on my system.

Check your settings, starting with  (Settings and more) > Settings > Privacy, search and services. Strict tracking protection may affect your ability to access or use web pages as intended.

Then, under Cookies and site permissions, click Manage and delete cookies and site data. If third-party cookies are blocked, some Google sites may not work properly.

On the news.google.com page, click the padlock at the left-hand end of the address bar to open the site info panel. The Cookies section will show you whether any cookies or trackers have been blocked.

Since this is confined to a single instance of Edge, try opening the site in an InPrivate window. You'll have to sign in with your Google account to see your personalized stuff, but if you don't see the same problem as before, you most may have an extension that's interfering. Try turning any likely ones (e.g. ad blockers) off and try again in an ordinary window.

Last, do you have any sort of third-party security or privacy software (e.g. anti-malware, 'optimization') running? Which? Programs like these may not have been adapted to the most recent changes in Edge.

Right. Thanks for the feedback. Could you now check if the issue also occurs using Edge's InPrivate mode? Use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + n to enter this mode.

Thank you Noel Burgess. Actually, I skipped to the last suggestion first. I turned off an ad blocker uBlock Origin and that solved the problem right away. I even noticed that the program had blocked a "personal" part of Google News from opening.

I tried clearing the cache for "All time." I tried deleting the Favorites icon to access the Google News site and then adding it back. I tried all of this and was able to load Google News once without a problem, but then the next time I got the "Something has gone wrong" message and all the page from "For you" on down is blank. I tried to access Google News using Edge on another computer and had no problem, so the problem is either with my Edge browser or something else on my system.
