Where are you seeing that popping up, is that in your web browser?
Please be careful of popup ads, sometimes they are not legitimate and do not go directly to the genuine website.
If you feel you need an adblocker, you can download that from the Edge Extensions page.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
That ad blocking software gets very good reviews and there is no bad reports about it, they do provide versions for most web browsers, so that should be okay to install, but you should fully research any software before you install it.
