Hi everyone,

since I installed Edge on my macOS Monterey it happens sometimes that the browser doesn't manage to go fullscreen.

Here's a screenshoot. Is someone else having the same problem? Thanks in advance.(I use a M1 macbook air)

    I have a MacBook Air M1 2020, Ventura 13.0.1, Edge Version 107.0.1418.56 (Official build) (arm64)

    Here's what worked for me:

Apple icon (top right corner of screen) > System Settings....

Type "dock" to search for "Dock settings."

    Turn off:

    • Automatically hide and show the dock
    • Automatically hide and show the menu

Stopped Edge from closing when I activated Full Screen view in Edge.

This fixed the issue temporarily and then it came back again.... Hope they fix this issue going forward - Edge has been out for a while now. Only had a mac a short while and things like this bug me as I would have never experienced them using a windows laptop. Bugs like this shouldn't be hard to miss...

Try to activate the automatic hide/show in the options for the menu bar. For me it worked in this way.
