WHY IT IS SHOWING NO DATA ON MY STUDENTS MS TEAMS CLASS

My student reported that she is not seeing any data on our class. No class materials and class notebook showing on her mobile app. Please assist. Thank you.

    Does anyone else have the same issue in your Teams?

    Have this student tried to using Teams desktop client?

    It recommends you try to restart your Teams client and see if this issue still persists.

    In addition, please make sure you have the latest version of Teams client.
