Managing browser extensions in Microsoft Edge on Windows 11
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
As the title says, the extension does not work on edge like it does with Chrome - it works fine on chrome. It sort of greys out and shows no connection between the extension and the website.

Hello, I’m Virginia, a fellow user like yourself.
Sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems. May I ask which Windows 10/11 build are you running - 21H2 or 22H2?
Are you running the latest version of Edge?
Please check here as the user has the same problem:
https://forum.kaspersky.com/topic/kaspersky-pro...
If this doesn’t fix the problem then you may need to contact Kaspersky for the fix as most likely the problem is with their extension.

Please do not download any repair tool which may be offered by this site other than the ones I mention/recommend.
Thoroughly research any product which is mentioned here before you decide to download and install it.
Does the license entitle use on more than 1 pc? Can you not ask the owner for the key?
Are you using a cracked key?
The extension can be uninstalled via Edge>Extensions but it seems you do require the full Kaspersky in order to use it on Edge.
There are other protection extensions available like Ghostery & MalwareBytes which do not require a subscription.
my windows version is 22H2. I don't believe I can reinstall the Kaspersky app because I am not the owner of the subscription. Is there anaother way I could fix it?
