Hello Hanu-1952,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Unfortunately this is not possible, although I am not sure how you installed Internet Explorer on Windows 11, but Windows 11 does not support Internet Explorer browser, Microsoft has already started disabling IE11 on June 15, 2022:
Internet Explorer - Microsoft Download Center
Even if that version of Internet Explorer works on Windows 11, brutally copying and pasting it into Windows 10 might not make it work, because in older versions, Internet Explorer was deeply associated with Windows and was part of the system.
In addition, IE 11 has been permanently disabled on Windows 10 systems through a partial update. If you are visiting a site that still requires Internet Explorer, we only recommend trying the IE mode of the Edge browser.
Unfortunately, we will not provide support for products that Microsoft has permanently disabled.
