How to remove "TrojanClicker:Win32/Doplik" virus

I've done several scans, and after removing a bunch of other malware, this one virus just won't go away. TrojanClicker:Win32/Doplik.

    I have the same problem Several scans and assistance with Microsoft support it still shows as a " threat" an di can't get rid of this.

    The attachment isn't opening.

    Use this most thorough disinfection routine to get rid of the infection wherever it hides, then test System files to find and fix any which were broken:
