Hi,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
Error “Err_connection_reset” means that your browser is unable to connect to the target website's server. Usually, this problem is caused by cached information on the browser, clearing the browser cache should fix this problem.
1-Open the browser then press Ctrl+Shift+Delete
2-Change the time range to "All time"
3-Check all options then click on the Clear button.
4-Relaunch the browser and check if the problem was fixed
Alert: This procedure will delete all cached files including saved passwords and autofill information.
Other possible causes for this problem are:
-A third-party antivirus. If you have a third-party antivirus, try to disable it temporarily and check if the problem is fixed.
-A third-party antivirus. Try to disable all extensions from the browser and check if the problem is fixed.
1-Open the Microsoft Edge
2-Type: edge://extensions/ in the address bar and press Enter
3-Turn off all extensions
4-Relaunch the browser and check if the problem is fixed
If the problem is fixed with all extensions disabled, you will need to turn on the extensions one by one to identify which one is the culprit of the problem and uninstall it.
I hope this information helps. If you have any questions or the problem persists, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further.
