Downloads fail: Unconfirmed 163029.crdownload

Trying to download vivetool.gui.setup.exe from GitHub. I am signed into GitHub. I've tried to download it several times. Each time I get an error: Download failed and the aborted file is saved as Unconfirmed ######.crdownload. I also get this from Edge:

How can I fix this?

    Finally got it to download. After the

    error appeared, I clicked More Information and followed the prompts. Eventually, I chose Keep and the download continued.

    Thanks. Does the issue persist with a new Edge profile?

    Click your profile icon in Edge at the top right. Click Add Profile>Test and let us know in the next reply.

    I have tried using the Save option and sending the file to the desktop And tried to allow it to go to the default DOWNLOADS folder.

    The only antivirus I'm using is Microsoft Defender.

    If you click three dots and choose Save in the download menu, does that help?

    Also, which antivirus are you using?
