Screen Shot not working

Sirs,

Last sent screen shots via the Questions Post system and it has not worked since then. Does it need to be re- set?

    Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    Check your keyboard: If you're using a Windows 10 PC, you can take a screenshot by pressing the "Windows key + PrtScn" keys on your keyboard.

    Check your settings: Go to your Windows 10 settings and make sure the "Screenshots" option is turned on. To do this, go to Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard > Use the PrtScn button to open screen snipping > Make sure "Clipboard" is selected.

    Restart your computer: Sometimes, simply restarting your computer can fix any issues with taking screenshots.

    Use the Snip & Sketch app: Windows 10 comes with a built-in Snip & Sketch app that lets you take screenshots and annotate them. You can open the app by pressing the Windows key + Shift + S keys on your keyboard, or by searching for "Snip & Sketch" in the Start menu.

    Have troubles with trying to screenshot on my cell to where I have always use screenshot all the time before.

    Hello Hahn,

    Thank you for your reply. I had no problem with screenshots until a few week ago when it was necessary to send screenshots with a posted question. I found the screenshot logo from the reply bar and that worked OK. I had not tried to take a screenshot since then until a couple of days ago when I tried with the usual Windows logo =PrtScr and it didn't work. Also there was no 3rd file logo in the Pictures File. I have turned the PrtScn button back on also the Clipboard button plus a couple of restarts without result.
