I tried to purchase a cinema ticket which I have done many times without a problem. Recently the payment will not go through as I get an error code 508 Invalid data in merchant ID field. Please contact the merchant. How can I resolve this?

I did try another browser but I had the following message "508 Mandatory field missing. HPP_BILLING_CITY not present in request. Please contact the merchant"
