Troubleshooting browser crashes or performance issues on Windows 10
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
My Edge was working flawlessly until the latest update few days ago. Edge opens up as normal and all tabs, favorites, other options show up normal on newly laid out Edge. But when i click on any favorites, open setting options, trying to search internet, or anything, Edge screen stays "blank" nothing is loading(see below screen print)...just the white monitor screen with new Edge design. I tried the legitimate website but not loading stays "blank" There is no issue with internet connect or PC as Chrome and Firefox functions well. I wanted to check the settings but nothing shows up. Screen just stays "bank"
It's not life or death situation as other browsers are available but prefer Edge as a primary browser. Anyone having same issues or has solutions?

I've had the same issue as you - not a single site was able to open, couldn't access settings or do anything at all.
Repairing didn't work and support told me that my profile was corrupted.
Although repairing didn't work, I've been able to repair the issue by completely uninstalling Microsoft Edge and reinstalling it. Windows does not allow you to do this, so you'll need a third-party uninstaller.

Hi, my name is Anderson Souza, I hope I can help you with your issue.
Could you check if the same issue occurs if you try to browse in an InPrivate window (Ctrl+shift+n) from Edge?
If the problem persists, try accessing the Edge installer download link below, download the installer and re-install it.
