    I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, this is actually happening due to that Internet Explorer is already disabled and as a default you can use Microsoft Edge, in addition, to open Internet Explorer we need to disable the third-party extension by following the steps below:

    Press the Windows key + R then type in:

    inetcpl.cpl

    Then hit OK

    Click Advanced > Under browsing uncheck "Enable third-party extensions*"

    Hit apply and OK

    Try to open Internet Explorer again.

    Hi,

    please be informed that internet explorer doesn't work any more is there any way to use it again instead of Microsoft edge
