Troubleshooting website display or functionality issues in Edge on Windows 11
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Having just updated 10 to 11 I have an issue with Google Maps traffic.
Using Edge as default browser.
As soon as the Maps page opens, for a second or two, Traffic is shown. But then the Traffic info disappears leaving the map as though traffic has never been selected to display.
It viewed fine in Win 10 so I have to assume it is related to the update.
Any solution please?

Hi TC,
I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.
With the new Google Maps rollout, the traffic only shows up where there is a slow-moving traffic or traffic is stuck. Can you send me a screenshot so that I can confirm if this is the case for you as well? You may choose a different area to protect PII.
I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
Hi,
Yesterday on W.10 traffic showed as expected, today after the u/d to W.11 traffic only shows for a brief second. However, using a laptop still on W.10 I'm seeing the same "issue" (traffic diasppearing after a second) so it would seem that any Maps update must have arrived overnight.
At least I know it's nothing I did.
Thanks.
Edit: I have to say Google have gone backwards with this move as it now doesn't show even where traffic is slow.
