How to turn off the integration between Edge and Chrome?

Edge is automatically synchronizing with my Google Accounts and Chrome, and I am not finding any way to turn this off. Some help articles say that on the page below it should have an option to turn it off, but it's not showing to me. How can I permanently remove Edge's access to my Google Profiles and Chrome data?

Thank you for the information. I am surprised that there is no friendly way to remove this integration. I feel like I don't have control over my privacy on Microsoft. And on Google too. It should have an option on Google or Chrome to remove the authorization for this integration too. Bizarre situation.

Thanks for clarifying. There is a way to disable MS Edges import functionality, but it does require making changes to the system registry. I was able to locate a document that provides step-by-step instructions on how to do this: Prevent users from importing data from other browsers into Edge (thewindowsclub.com). *Please note this is not an official Microsoft how-to doc. As I understand it, this is going to be your best option to disable the import feature. I do recommend sending feedback to our engineers asking for a way to do this in the browser. You can open the feedback portal by clicking the ellipsis(...) top right > Help and feedback > Send feedback.

I did the reset, and it didn't solve the issue, as you can see on the image below.

    Hello LeonGrin,

Please reset your MS Edge settings to their default values and test if that resolves. To do this enter edge://settings/resetProfileSettings in the address bar > Reset. Please let us know the result and we'll go from there.

Yes, it was something that started to happen this week. I am accessing websites on Edge with accounts that I only use on Edge, and I've been logged in on the accounts that I use on Chrome. It's a very annoying behavior. And it bothers me a lot to see this active integration with Google without having an option to remove the integration, as you can see on the image below.
