How/ can I download genshin impact on my new Microsoft HP 14 laptop?? Whenever I try it says it's not available on the Microsoft store

    I have downloaded it from, epic games, the genshin website and from steam but whenever I open the download it brings me to the Microsoft shop and says it's not available.

    To analyze further, may I ask for a screenshot of the error you received? Also, is your operating system in S mode? To check your operating system edition, press Windows key + i on the keyboard, then go to system > About. Look for the Windows specification.
