Managing media playback issues and settings in Microsoft Edge on Windows 11
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
A site that streams a "live view" of a place works very well in Chrome. Edge gives the error "HLS.js error: networkError - fatal: true - manifestLoadTimeOut" and shows a black square. I tried adding the site manually to the insecure sites list. What's wrong? This is enough to shoo me away from Edge.

Hi Jose, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.
Sorry to hear you're having this problem with Edge. Is it just happening on a specific website? If so, the first thing to try is to clear its site data. To do this, go to Edge Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data. Search the website then click the bin icon to remove and check if the issue is fixed.
Let me know if this doesn't work and I will suggest another.
