Is there any way to view a password that I did not save?

It depends on the website. Most websites have a way to reset the password. Look for that feature in the login page.

There are many password managers. When I create an account for a website, I use the password manager I use to create and save the password before I put it into the account creation page. That does not help with the problem you asked about but it will help in the future.
