Microsoft, please fix this problem. I really want to redeem a Roblox digital code but the 'confirm button' does not work because when I press the button the page just refreshes. Please look into this and fix the problem

For me, the Robux redeem option has just disappeared. I had set 100 Robux as my goal, but one day when I opened Rewards, it was not there and when I opened 'Redeem' separately, I could not see the Roblox Digital Code option.
This is not the problem. The Microsoft rewards website is the problem. I know its not my device because a lot of people are having the same problem

My apologies and I understand that you are having this issue with regards to redeeming and you can try to check and use InPrivate or Incognito mode on your browser and also there is a possibility that the particular reward that you are trying to redeem is already out of stock and I would suggest to monitor it for a bit more of time as there might an issue on the system or server that is interfering with this one but if it will still be same later today then you can head over to the link below to check it directly with the MS Rewards Support as they have information and access to provide on what transpired on the issue that you have encountered.
