I can type text into the bing chat on the side, but if I select chat on bing.com in the main window of the Edge browser when I go to type text into the chat box each letter is automatically deleted. Even if I past text into the box it is instantly deleted. Any suggestions? I've cleared history and cache and restarted my computer (a mac). I also have a PC and this doesn't happen on the PC.

I just got this HP and it’s acting funny too. Whenever I go on bing a box on the left appears and my files open. This extremely annoying. I have homework’s to do! Do you know anything about that?
This fixed it on my intel macbook pro but not on my apple chip imac or mac mini. I tried running Beta and Canary and neither fixed it on the Edge Browser. My side panel bing chat still works fine but the browser bing chat doesn't allow text input at all (each letter is just automatically deleted as soon as I type it). The only way I can use browser bing chat is to search for something in the search bar on standard bing and then scroll down for chat and it copies the search query as a chat query (but then I can't ask for anything further as it won't allow me to input text in the chat).
Thanks for any advice you can suggest.
