Is there a way to remove 'search with Bing' from the Edge selected text mini menu, and bring 'Copy' etc. back?

One of the reasons I switched back to Edge a month or so ago is that Edge had this great feature where if I highlighted a number or bit of text, a mini menu with 'Copy' on it would immediately pop up.

Today, 'Copy' is gone and instead I get 'search with Bing'

Once in a great while I want to search with Bing, but 1000 to 1, I want to copy the selected text.

Can I get that back?

    Search for Context menus
Uncheck the "Show mini menu when selecting text" option

Thanks. I'm aware of other ways to copy that require more clicks and keystrokes.

The mini menu is now useless.

    Disabled.

I'd switch to another browser but they all stink in one way or another.

Still, this adds to the appeal of going back to Chrome or something else.

To Microsoft: show your users a little love now and then. Give them options when you roll out these 'enhancements.'

Dear Microsoft: If we wanted to use Bing, we would use it. Stop trying to force it on us

"You might want to provide feedback via feedback option in Edge..."

Will do! On the same stroke, is there also something similar to that in Win 11 so we can all complain on how they have made the worst Windows (10) look like it is BETTER than now the newest worst Windows (11)? I hate being on someone else's PC (Win 11) and right click and now have to produce more clicks to do what you need to...and have the most unusable items up front (just like this "search Bing" thing). They need to have Windows BE Windows as it has been since Win95 and not fool with the template that EVERYONE knows and loves and stop trying to break our Windows habits with useless garbage. Sure, add things to it, but make THAT be a NEW set of CLICKS.

It totally does. I got so irked last night, I just couldn't resist my old FireFox.

On a fun note, this work PC has Win7 on it, and I leave it powered up all the time with Edge running...so this PC still has the old mini menu because I haven't closed Edge. As soon as I do, "Microsoft Edge is no longer supported on this version of windows"...is going to take over....BUT WAIT, let me give a time line on this. My PC at home (also Win7 MCE) told me no new updates...mini menu was still fine. About a week later "MS Edge has been updated". This is when I noticed this "Bing" trouble. So tell me MS, if the fact that Edge will no longer be supported on Win7, why did I receive an update and you ruined the mini menu in the process?
