what is valdate perfdrive?

I can't get into some of my sites (like banks , other accounts or even downloads) when ask it tells me that the exam and another program is running in the background. I don't know who or what it is and I haven't order or request any exam.

    I too am having a problem getting into my banking app. At 74, I have no need for online exams but have a great need in my banking app. Please restore!!
