PDF Lag: How to remove/disable Edge Adobe Acrobat Extension?

I recently updated Microsoft Edge, and now when I open and view a .pdf document on the Edge browser, scrolling up/down the file is slow with lag. I'm very sure it's because of the Adobe Acrobat extension, which was never present until now.

Is there a way to fix this? I don't want to change PDF viewers for my convenience, and I don't want my experience ruined because of an extension I don't need. Please help.

Thank you

I found the solution to disabling this feature:

Type and enter edge://flags/ in your search bar. Find New PDF Viewer, then set it to Disabled and restart the Edge browser.
