Troubleshooting website display or functionality issues in Edge on Windows 10

Dear Microsoft Support,
I am the owner of Edwise Education , an educational consultancy website for students in Pakistan looking to study abroad. I am writing because a number of my site visitors and customers have reported being unable to access parts of my website when using the Microsoft Edge browser.
Specifically, pages with application forms or interactive elements seem to be inaccessible or fail to load properly in Edge. This includes my "Request a Consultation" contact form, pricing and packages page, and study destinations grids. Visitors have reported error messages about unsupported content or trouble loading web fonts and assets.
However, these same pages work fine when accessing via other major browsers like Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. So it appears there is some compatibility issue specifically affecting Microsoft Edge.
As you can imagine, this is preventing many potential customers from being able to submit inquiries and sign up for my consultation services. Edge seems to have a considerable user base in my target market, so it is hampering my ability to reach and serve students via my website.
I am reporting this in hopes that the Edge development team can investigate the browser's handling of pages with forms, grids, or other interactive content served from a WordPress site. If there is something in my site code causing conflicts, I would happily work to resolve those. However, given its wide compatibility with all other browsers, I suspect there might be a bug or performance issue specifically within Edge that your team may need to patch for full functionality.
Please let me know if you have any other troubleshooting suggestions or require any additional site diagnostics from me. Getting this resolved so all visitors can access my site properly is extremely important for my business. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance with this issue!
Best regards,

Hi, Edwise. I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.
I have tested your website on Microsoft Edge and didn't see any error, all pages and forms have loaded correctly.
Looks like you are using an old version of WordPress 4.9.8, which could be the cause of the problem. Some browser extensions or third-party antivirus could have a compatibility issue with an old version of WordPress causing problems in loading some contents of your website. Updating WordPress to the latest version 6.3 might fix the problem.
Another possible cause for the problem is the website cache, you can use a cache manager plugin like LiteSpeed Cache. The cache manager plugin will frequently purge your website cache and improve site loading time.
I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further.
