Where's the SHARE icon in EDGE for Android?

With the introduction of BING CHAT, the options on the bottom of EDGE for Android has changed. The SHARE icon has been removed and has been replaced with the BING CHAT icon.

I use the SHARE icon a lot to share web pages. Is there another way you can share web pages from EDGE for Android?

    I have the latest version and it doesn't look like the one in your screenshots. When I tap the menu button at the bottom, there is a list of items, none of which is Share, so there is no way to share a URL address, which is totally unacceptable.

    Hi

    You can get back the share button if you turn off the Edge Copilot in the general options.

    I also have the same issue.I have no interest in using the bing button but use the share button all the time.If it does not come back,will have to change browser,stupid decision from microsoft!

    Hi kaszas,

    Thanks for your reply but unfortunately that didn't work on my edge app, and if it were true, that's silly, what if you want co pilot and be able to share a webpage.

    I'm currently in a conversation with Microsoft support about this.

    For info

    It's not in the hamburger menu

    I've uninstalled/re-installed edge .(several times)

    Updated to the latest version.

    Left the beta program.

    Cleared the cache.

    Cleared the data storage for the app.

    I'm on the latest version of Android.

    I'm not resetting my phone I'll just use Chrome before I do that.

    I see a menu and the SHARE option is not there. It used to be right at the bottom and has been replaced by the BING CHAT icon.

    What needs to happen to get this back?
