images not loading in any browser

Randomly images on certain sites like netflix for example dont load it says "The FetchEvent for "<URL>" resulted in a network error response: the promise was rejected." is what it says in inspect element alongside many other errors. i reinstalled browser, cleared settings cookies and cache. nothing has worked.

    Can you see if changing the DNS helps?

    1. Press Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

    Type ncpa.cpl

    Press Enter.

    1. Right-click your device and select Properties.
    2. Double click IPv4 options to open IPv4 properties.

    4.Select the ""Use the following DNS servers"" radio box, and enter the following in the addresses.

    1.1.1.1

    1.1.2.2

    1. Click OK and OK again.

    Restart your computer.

    I see, thanks. Can you, for a moment connect your Mobile Hotspot for the Internet and let me know if the Images load using that?

    This did not work. I tried doing a reset through cmd also, tried everything I have found online pretty much,, did a virus and malware scan also, nothing.
