the problem is YOU. multiple websites so not recognize your new communication protocol and therefore see it as a threat. Please stop telling users (that are forced to use your product) to contact the customer webmaster to fix your problem. Really, you are telling me that American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Petsmart, Kroger, etc, etc, are all stupid concerning their web security? Find out the real answer then fix it. Hello, Cleopatra McCormick.
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
I visited the website link you shared.
And conducted a test.
The website itself was accessed successfully, but was blocked by the site's own protection.
This is set by the website developer.
Typically, website developers design protection to prevent certain regions or individuals from accessing the site.
Please contact the website developer to resolve the issue.
Since this is not a Microsoft website.
All I can do is tell you the cause of the problem you are currently facing and how to resolve it.
Thank you for your understanding.
If there are any updates, please feel free to reply.
Best regards.

I have been denied access to over 15 sites that I used frequently. All are sites that are secure. HELP!
Well first I am not trying to sell anything, second you were half right it was me or at least my server. As I had just my service to fiber optic and found that the modem was at fault changed out the new modem with another new modem and the problem was solved. I might suggest to you is not to jump to conclusions with out knowing all the facts.
Same here, I can't access sites that I had book marked. So frustrating, I thought It may be McAfee but after reading all the comments I am more confused.
